What Is the Vanbassador Program?
The Vanbassador is Vanlife.us’s new flagship role—part brand ambassador, part adventurer, and part road warrior. This person will be the face of Vanlife.us, traveling across the U.S. and Canada in a fully-loaded camper van, attending events, engaging with the community, sharing stories online, and showing off our incredible vanlife gear.
This isn’t just a gig. It’s an experience. You’ll be living the vanlife dream, all while helping promote Vanlife.us giveaways, spreading the word about our conservation efforts, and building connections across the road trip and overlanding communities.

Why We Created the Vanbassador Program
At Vanlife.us, we’ve always believed in more than just offering a chance to win a camper van. Our community is filled with passionate individuals who love the open road, cherish nature, and embrace the freedom that comes with life on wheels. We wanted to create a role that brings all of that together.
The Vanbassador program was born from:

In case you’re new here: Vanlife.us is a brand built by vanlifers, for vanlifers. Our mission is to make the dream of vanlife more accessible, while supporting conservation efforts that protect the places we all love to explore.
Every time someone enters one of our van sweepstakes or buys a shirt from our shop, they’re not just taking a shot at winning a van—they’re giving back to a good cause and supporting conservation. A portion of all sales is donated to Conservation Northwest.
Vanbassador Responsibilities
Here’s what you can expect as a Vanbassador:

Travel full-time across the U.S. and Canada in a branded Vanlife rig

Attend vanlife gatherings, off-grid meetups, and outdoor events

Represent Vanlife.us through social content, videos, and blog posts

Engage with fans, answer questions about our vanlife contests and giveaways

Highlight vanlife merch and products in real-life settings

Spread awareness of our mission to support conservation

Manage and maintain your rig (mechanical skills a big plus!)
It’s a serious role with serious perks—gas covered, expenses reimbursed, and full access to all our vanlife apparel and gear.

Who Should apply?
The ideal Vanbassador is someone who:

Has deep experience or passion for vanlife, overlanding, or RV travel

Is mechanically inclined (our rigs are rugged on the inside, and you need to be too)

Is highly organized and self-sufficient while on the road

Has experience creating content or promoting brands
-
Is ready to travel for months at a time

Can lift up to 50 pounds and handle travel logistics

Is social, outgoing, and loves interacting with people
Above all, we’re looking for someone who lives the Vanlife.us lifestyle. You don’t need to be famous. You just need to be real.
